Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at Stylyst Store!

Stylyst Shop wants you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from us and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly provide you with a refund under the following conditions:

  • All returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us at returns@stylyst.com.au
  • Please provide:
    • your original order number (if applicable),
    • your name (and/or the name the item was ordered under),
    • and the product you are returning.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Any item returned without an Authorization Number will be refused and returned to sender.
  • Item is returned within 15 days of the receipt date
  • Returns must be accompanied by original receipt, in original condition with all original packaging. At our discretion, any item returned that is not in its original packaging and in as-new condition may be subject to additional charges up to 50% of the value of the item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any items that have been worn or used and are without tags. All items returned must be in original condition.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility, so we advise you use a service that has tracking capabilities for insurance reasons.
  • Actual cost of initial shipping will be deducted from refund total
  • Min 20% re-stocking fee applies on all returns

 

 

WARRANTY ON DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS

All products purchased from stylyst.com.au include warranty. Our products are generally offered with 12-month warranty. However, some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for warranty period.

  • You will need to notify us by emailing returns@stylyst.com.au within 24hrs in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty.
  • In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process.
  • Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process.
  • Please do not attempt to return the item without approval by us otherwise it will be rejected and sent back to you
  • To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us.
  • You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
  • Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
  • A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
  •  DO NOT throw away the original packaging. Please contact us via email returns@stylyst.com.au immediately and wait for the instructions.

     

Stylyst Store reserves the right to refuse or issue a refund/replacement item in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear.
