i)  Apparel , Bags,  Jewelry and Fashion accessories

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Stylyst within 30 days of delivery, 30 starts from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Most refunds are fully refunded in 1-3 business days after we receive and process your return.

Please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any items that have been worn or used and are without tags. All items returned must be in original condition.

If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

 

  ii) All household items , furniture , outdoor , pet care and appliances

We generally offers a 12 month warranty to all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for warranty period.

You are required to notify us within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.

To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.

Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.

A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

 

iii)  IT products and all electronics 


We are happy to  accept the return of product if the product is not in accordance with your order, your proof of purchase is returned, and it is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of the RMA# being issued by us.


If you wish to return to us product  you must let us know within 7 days of the date of delivery.  We wont be able to accept returns if the item was damaged by you .

Return Process

If you wish to return purchased goods due to incorrect sizing, or receipt of wrong or faulty goods, please let us know by calling or emailing our customer service on 1800 88 76 82 (free call) or supportau@stylyst.com.au

Please explain the reason for your return and include your:
          i) Invoice Number
         ii) Date of purchase
         iii) Name and Address where the product was shipped

Upon receipt of your return request we will email you directions on how you may return the product and any other steps necessary to satisfy your return request.

Please note that all purchases made with card including debit card, wanting a refund can only be refunded on to the original card of purchase.

To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection and take photos whenever possible, which will help bring quicker resolution to your issue.
